Rear Door Bailey Channel for HOLDEN COMMODORE VB VC VH VK VL
Rear Door Bailey Channel for HOLDEN COMMODORE VB VC VH VK VL
Replacement rear door bailey channel for Holden Commodore VB, VC, VH, VK and VL models. Designed to fit inside the rear door window frame, the bailey channel guides and supports the window glass as it moves up and down, helping maintain correct alignment and smooth window operation.
Over time, original bailey channels can become worn, hardened, damaged or deteriorated, causing the window glass to rattle, bind or move unevenly within the door frame. Replacing a worn channel helps restore proper glass support while reducing vibration and unwanted movement.
Ideal for replacing deteriorated original window channels during rear door repairs, window regulator maintenance or classic Holden Commodore restorations.

Installation Notes:
Before installation, inspect the existing rear door bailey channel, window glass and regulator mechanism for wear, damage or deterioration.
Carefully remove the necessary interior door trim and window components to access the existing bailey channel. Take care not to damage the surrounding door frame, paintwork or window glass.
Remove the old bailey channel from the window frame, noting its original position and fitting arrangement.
Clean the channel mounting area thoroughly, removing dirt, old adhesive residue, loose material or debris that may prevent the replacement channel from seating correctly.
Inspect the metal window frame for rust, corrosion or damage and address any issues before fitting the replacement channel.
Compare the new bailey channel with the original to confirm the correct profile, dimensions and fitting arrangement.
Carefully position the replacement channel into the rear door window frame, ensuring it follows the original channel path and sits evenly without twisting, bunching or excessive stretching.
Some trimming may be required depending on the supplied channel length and the vehicle's original window frame configuration.
Once fitted, carefully operate the window glass through its full travel to confirm smooth movement and correct alignment.
Check that the glass moves freely without binding, excessive resistance or rattling. Adjust the window guides or regulator alignment if necessary.
Refit the interior door trim and any components removed during installation.
Installation Tip: Inspect the window regulator, glass guides and surrounding seals while the door trim is removed. Worn or incorrectly adjusted components can affect window operation even after fitting a new bailey channel.
Please Note:
This listing is for a rear door bailey channel only. Window glass, regulators, door trims and additional window seals are not included unless otherwise specified.
Suitable for Holden Commodore VB, VC, VH, VK and VL models with compatible rear door window frame arrangements.
This product is intended for the rear door window glass channel, not the front door window channels, outer weatherstrips or inner window belt seals.
Important: Bailey channel profiles, lengths and fitting arrangements may vary depending on the vehicle's body style, window frame configuration and previous modifications.
Please compare the original channel profile, dimensions and mounting arrangement with the product images before ordering to confirm correct fitment.
Confirm the required side, length and quantity before purchasing, particularly when replacing channels on both rear doors.
