Job Description: 

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pick/Packer/Admin Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing orders, managing incoming stock, and ensuring the efficient dispatch of shipments, as well as providing general administrative support as needed. This is a flexible part-time role, with shifts available Monday to Friday during business hours, with the possibility to increase to a full-time role.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pick and pack orders, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
• Receive and manage incoming stock, performing thorough inspections and maintaining proper documentation.
• Utilize post and courier systems to book and dispatch shipments.
• Track orders and inventory to maintain accurate records.
• Provide general administration work as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with the team to complete inventory-related tasks.
• Work autonomously and under direction to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Eager to learn and demonstrate a highly motivated and committed "can-do" attitude.
• Basic computer skills are essential for order tracking, inventory management, and general administration tasks.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment is beneficial but not essential.
• Capable of lifting up to 15kg and maintaining reasonable physical fitness.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong initiative, reliability, punctuality, and a trustworthy work ethic.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
