Retro Spares Monthly Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    Retro Spares Pty Ltd (ABN 71 059 738 475), trading as Retro Spares, 9 Silver St, Eltham VIC 3095.
  2. Eligibility
    Open to     Australian residents only, aged 18+. Entrants must not be employees or immediate family of Retro Spares.
  3. Competition Period
    Starts at 12:00 AM AEST on     [01/10/2025] and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on [31/10/2026]. One entry per person per calendar month.
  4. How to Enter
  • Post a photo or video of your build featuring Retro Spares products.
  • Tag @retrospares in the post.
  • Use hashtag #retrospares.
  • Follow @retrospares
  •  on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.

   5. Entry Costs
       No cost to enter. Entry is not a purchase requirement (though buying products may include the opportunity to enter, at the product’s normal price).

   6. Winner Selection & Prize

  • One winner in total will be chosen each month across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook).
  • Winner receives a $50 Retro Spares voucher (redeemable online or in-store).
  • The voucher will be delivered digitally via email only. No physical vouchers will be provided or collected in person.

   7. Notification & Prize Delivery

  • The single monthly winner will be announced publicly on Retro Spares’ social media channels.
  • Winner will also be notified directly by social media.
  • The $50 voucher will then be emailed to the winner within 28 days of the announcement.
  • Entrants must ensure they provide a valid email address when contacted.

   8. Winner Publication
       If the prize exceeds $1,000 in value, winner’s username will be published online (social platforms) for at least 28 days.

   9. Rights & Disclaimers

  • Entrants must comply with all requirements above; Retro Spares may disqualify entries that fail to comply or are fraudulent.
  • The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, nor associated with them.

  10. General Conditions

  • By entering, participants agree to the Privacy Policy.
  • By entering, participants grant Retro Spares the right to repost and share submitted UGC (with credit), whether or not they are chosen as a winner.
  • Voucher is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
