Replacement left hand door shell for Ford Falcon XW and XY models. Ideal for replacing a rusted, damaged or heavily repaired original door during body restoration, providing a solid replacement shell ready for fitting and preparation.

IMPORTANT XW FITMENT NOTE:

This door shell will suit Ford Falcon XW; however, it is missing two small holes on the inside of the door that are found on the original XW door. These holes will need to be added during installation when fitting this door shell to an XW.

Installation Notes:

Trial fit the door shell before painting or final assembly. For XW models, two small holes found on the original XW door will need to be added to the inside of this replacement door shell. Check the position against your original door before drilling. Check alignment and panel gaps against the front guard, sill, roof line and rear body panel before completing paint preparation. Existing door hardware, glass, regulators, locks, handles and other components may need to be transferred from the original door where applicable. Professional body fitting and painting is recommended.

Please Note:

This door shell suits both XW and XY Falcon. When fitting to an XW, two small holes on the inside of the original XW door are not present in this replacement shell and will need to be added during installation.
