Installation Notes:

Carefully remove the existing bailey channel from the front door window guide. Inspect the metal channel for rust, damage, distortion or loose mounting points before installing the replacement.

Clean away any dirt, old adhesive or deteriorated channel material. Compare the replacement bailey channel with the original to confirm the correct profile, length and fitting arrangement.

Starting at one end of the window guide, carefully press the new bailey channel into position, ensuring it sits evenly and securely without twisting, stretching or bunching.

If trimming is required, measure carefully before cutting to ensure the channel fits the window guide correctly.

Once installed, raise and lower the window several times to check that the glass moves smoothly without binding, excessive friction or unwanted movement.
