Installation Notes:

Inspect the existing door hinges for worn pins, bushes, excessive movement or damage before installation. Support the door securely before removing or dismantling the hinges to prevent damage to the door and surrounding panels.

Remove the worn hinge components and fit the replacement parts, ensuring they are correctly positioned and secured. Check the hinge movement and adjust the door alignment as required.

Once installed, confirm that the door opens and closes smoothly, aligns correctly with the surrounding body panels and engages properly with the door latch and striker.

Please Note:

This kit repairs 1 door only. If you are repairing more than one door, additional kits will be required.

This is a door hinge repair kit, not a complete replacement hinge assembly. Check your existing hinge condition and mounting arrangement before ordering. Hinges with excessive damage or worn mounting points may require further repairs or replacement.
