This Adjustable Metering Plate Kit is a direct replacement for QFT part #34-3 and is designed to convert 4160-series carburettors with fixed secondary metering plates into tuneable units that accept standard Holley main jets. Ideal for performance tuning or modern rebuilds, it allows precise fuel mixture adjustments without replacing the entire baseplate or fuel bowl setup.

The kit includes a specially moulded notched float for clearance of the jets, a new metering plate gasket, and Phillips-head screws to replace older-style clutch head fasteners.

Important Notes:

• Main jets are not included and must be purchased separately.
• Requires externally adjustable needle and seats.
• If your carburettor does not a power valve cavity on the secondary side (common in early 1850 models), you will need the No Cavity Kit (P/N: RK343-1).

Compatible with Holley 4160-series and other aftermarket models using side-hung fuel bowls.
