Installation Guide

1. Plan Your Layout

Lay out sheets first to visualise coverage. Aim to cover 70-80% of flat, single-skin metal panels. Create templates for areas as needed. Avoid mounts or structural elements.

2. Clean the Surface

Use a white-based spirit and a clean cloth (avoid turpentine). Let the surfaces dry completely before applying the sheets.

3. Cut to Fit

Trim sheets to size, leaving access to important areas. Sheets can be placed edge-to-edge or with slight overlap.

4. Apply and Roll

Peel back one end and stick it down gradually, pressing as you go. Feed material into contours-don't stretch over dips.

Use a roller to press firmly across the surface, especially in valleys.

5. Final Check

Re-roll any bubbles or edges.

Use extra sheets in high-vibration areas if you have leftovers.

Tips

Don't apply over complex structures like top hats, cross-members, or mounting points. For best results, work in a warm environment so the sheets bond properly.
